SendFlow is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. Therefore, no physical shipping or delivery is involved in the purchase of our services.
Upon successful payment of the subscription fee through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay), your account will be instantly upgraded to the Premium tier. You will immediately receive full access to all digital features, including the WYSIWYG editor, AI analytics, and dashboard functionalities.
Successful registration and immediate unlocking of the software features serve as proof of delivery for the digital subscription. An electronic receipt/invoice will also be sent to your registered email address.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, access to the platform may occasionally be temporarily delayed due to essential maintenance or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for delays outside of our reasonable control.
